APUNTES SOBRE EL TRABAJO COLABORATIVO ENTRE MEDICINAS NO-CONVENCIONALES Y BIOMEDICINA EN ÁMBITOS OFICIALES DE ATENCIÓN DE LA SALUD (BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA)

El artículo apunta a analizar las coordenadas que hacen al trabajo colaborativo entre medicinas no-convencionales (MNC) y biomedicina, en ámbitos oficiales de atención de la salud. A partir de un abordaje metodológico de enfoque interpretativo, nos centramos en explorar una experiencia de práctica no-convencional –reflexología podal- en un servicio de Cuidados Paliativos, sito en un instituto hospitalario oncológico dependiente de una universidad pública nacional. Desde una perspectiva que pone en un lugar central las negociaciones que contribuyen a articular tareas, gestionar tensiones y cubrir “vacíos” relativos a definiciones y reglas, desarrollamos tres aspectos que hicieron posible este tipo de trabajo: el organizativo, el jurisdiccional y el discursivo. El valor de esta investigación radica en que el trabajo colaborativo entre MNC y biomedicina constituye una dimensión particularmente esquiva del fenómeno, en tanto las terapias no-biomédicas suelen asumir una modalidad de oferta “paralela” en relación con la medicina oficial.
